Regularly visit this branch on a weekly basis usually to collect online orders or shop in store. The store staff are always helpful and friendly. My online orders are always available within 24 hours and packaged well. The store is generally good with stock. The store is located on the malls 1st floor which is acceptable with one of the 4 elevators or escalator. Waiting time in the queue is usually less than 2 minutes. Clean store. Helpful staff.

Assisted without any issues, bought the wrong shampoo and lost the slip, they assisted even though I didn’t have the slip items were still sealed and I had my dischem benefits card and the staff and manager were polite didn’t make me feel bad about not having my receipt , they tracked my purchase got a copy of the receipt and did my exchange with any issue .
