I saw the magnificent ballet production Swanlake in July at this beautiful theatre. I suspect to protect the Russian dancers they weren’t named in the brochure. Sad for them but they were absolutely outstanding. To see a troupe of 20 swans dance flawlessly in unison was truly breathtaking. Accompanied by the very polished Cape Town Philharmonic Orchestra the entire evening could not have been a better birthday gift. All riveting and enchanting down to the last note.

It's a print rich theater with lovely seating that allows you to see the stage from any angle. You can dress as you feel and there is stands with beverages and snacks inside the foyer.

Busy. Arrived 30 mins before performance and found parking easily. Leaving the car park took a while due to crowds. Loved the Swan Lake Ballet... Absolutely beautiful dancing and music.
