Reviews of Little Glen Playground
This is a well hidden gem in Camps Bay with lots of green lawns, trees, a little stream running through the park and beautiful views of Lion's Head. The kids can play on a tiny jungle gym with a slide and monkey bars. The best part, however, is the tree swing and the ropes! You can feel like Tarzan in the jungle and even the grown-ups can have some massive fun.
Dogs love it too as they can enjoy a nice walk through the park and a very private atmosphere.
There is a footpath that starts adjacent to the theatre on Link St such that you can walk all the way up to Camps Bay Dr by the most direct route. However it appears there are one or more people living in the open space area near the creek between Ingleside Dr and Camps Bay Dr (the top part of the footpath). And there is a commensurate amount of rubbish along that section of footpath. But you will see individuals and families walking the footpath on all days.
Great fun for little kids. Rope swings. And pull up bars for everyone. Dogs love a muddy paws. We can all walk through a river!
What an amazing location!
