I met with Gretchen the receptionist (12th of September 2022) and i signed an agreement with them, to use their services on inspecting a Store Room that i wanted to have built, on my deck at my house. Unfortunately i dont have the money now, seeing as I've just moved to Mosselbay from Johannesburg and was trying since then, to save up. But it's difficult, seeing as allot needs to be done/fixed on the house I've bought and takes priority to building a Store Room, for now. I contacted them via email and asked if i could please have the payment back that I've made to them last year and without hesitation, they immediately refunded my money! I am so grateful for businesses such as Joshcon and would recommend everyone to use them, instead of approaching a dishonest business.
