Today it is not easy finding good service. However when it comes to Catherine,Flavio and their staff at Automan Fitment Centre they go far and beyond expectations. They take you back to the roots of great service delivery. I would highly recommend this top class team to care for your vehicles! Their valet service is the best I have ever had....! We have been supporting Automan for many years as they are near our business and convenient for us. We have various vehicles which require all manner of repairs. Flavio and his staff have given us excellent service without fail. His diagnostic capabilities are accurate and the process for repairs is explained and quotations are given without fail. Niqui, the Service Advisor gave me a quote very quickly over the phone. My car was booked in the next day and serviced on time even though I only took it in 12!! I was made aware of other issues that needed addressing as is the norm. The owner, Flavio, spoke to me and explained in detail what a particular issue was and how they would repair it. My car was returned to me cleaned properly! There were no smudges on the windscreen when the sunlight came through it. They went the extra mile with a care pack that included a small pack of tissues (always handy to have); a pack of car wipes, a key ring and a cold drink to take away. The price I paid was what I was quoted and it was lower than other places that I had requested quotes from. Excellent service, fantastic value and superb customer care - all for the right price!

Automan have been fantastic. They have done all the running around that I would have had to do to get my two vehicles road-worthied, and they have come in with a better price than anyone else. Only gripe I have (and it is a small one) is that I would have preferred more frequent updates as to progress. Other than that, their service has been excellent. Well done folks, I will be coming back.

Friendly and helpful. After they done the brakes and traveled to Bloem and back there was an issue with the brakes. I took the car back and they fixed the problem. Very good service. By the way the coffee is good while you wait
