Surprisingly I had a excellent experience. The lady at disconnection was friendly and helpful. A pleasant visit especially when you read a lot of negative reviews.

Services was alot more efficient and friendly than I assumed. Was in and out in a matter of minutes even though there was a line when I walked in. You could see that the staff member that helped me was tired but I noticed that they all smiled when helping a client.

No photocopy facilities. Copy of ID required when only your details are captured. Why can this not be done from the original ID? It is so inconvenient to try and get a copy done.
