Waterkloof Marina is a hidden gem located in Pretoria. This retirement estate can transport you out of the city to make it feel like you are on holiday. The sunset by the dam is breathtaking. The Marina offers a restaurant, coffee shop, library, medical services, hairdressers and more. The personnel are amicable and helpful. My mom moved in last year in December and is very happy with her unit. After-sales service is excellent, and they will attend to any problems that might arise, no matter how small. Special thanks to Annemarie for helping my mom find a perfect retirement home! The Marina is a one-stop shop for all your retirement needs, and I highly recommend it for anyone who wants peace of mind to know their parents are taken care of.

Last year Sept we signed for purchase of our 2 bedroom flat from plan and now Aug 23 we are proud owners and settled and it is an awesome reality. The most beautiful estate in our country and all and everything is working and even a gym and hot water pool and sooo much more and yes our own lagoon with paddle boats. Adriaan from Centraldev were our first contact and what we considered impossible became a reality with the assistance from Adriaan. Good day My parents moved into the Marina 30 August 2023. In the beginning there were bumps and new rules etc to get used to. They are not yet at the point of eating in the dining room, they are already ordering and collecting meals. We needed the nursing service about -10 days back. We were surprised when the golf cart stopped there and the 2 friendliest people walked in. Immediately helped my father and explained to my mother what to do in the sequel. My mother immediately got involved in everything while my father enjoyed the tranquility with a book or a newspaper on the porch. Our children are so much more reassured that they are safe and that help is available within minutes. An adjustment indeed, but they are so happy and at home now.
