Excellent product. Easy to install yourself. They also provide the bolts with wall plugs. If I have any suggestions, it would be to also provide the plastic caps that goes over the bolt to ensure more protection from the elements and it gives a nicer finish. But overall we are very happy with it.

I placed my order and less than 30min later I received a call from them to talk me through next steps and to arrange when they could come and install the washing line. The installion was quick and done perfectly first time. The installer took time to make sure I understood how the locking system worked and that I am happy with the installation. He was professional and friendly. To top it all off, we were loadshedding at the time and he was equiped to install the new line.
