We used to hang out here back in 98/99 still only when the surrounding palm trees inside the park were just about 70 cm tall. It was only "Jubilee Park" back then. At the time, there was only a big area of lawn, pavement and benches in the bigger park. The smaller part of the park from across had only just been excavated a short while back at the time. A good friend had a penthouse flat on top of Totem Flats(17th floor)just across the street... Some of us used to spy on the other friends in the park from up there using binoculars. We could call them up from the top balcony to come and join us or even the other way around. Those were the fun days. I was known as "Fish" by the way, in case any of you creeps still exist. You know who you are. Peace.
