Why not 5 starts??
Entrance and food = lots of expenses.
Food quality is great, staff very compitant and friendly, play area is amazing... But it becomes expensive for a family to pay entrance and food etc etc.

W. S.I have to say inwas pleasantly surprised by this venue loads of play areas and excellent child minders that allowed me as a single dad for the day to have a breather and not worry. Food portions are larger than expected andbwell priced with a good variety. Really great venue to kill time or have a birthday party well designed to separate high volume and own volume seating and access controll which is great for security! Staff was so very friendly and helpful had an awesome time
D. K.Nice play area for the kids however... This place is much smaller than what I thought, and incredibly noisy for adults trying to have a conversation. The food was underwhelming and overpriced. The restaurant was quite busy when we were there, but even keeping that in mind the service was terrible. We had to ask to be served, multiple times. The waiters were slow and unfriendly. During our visit a group of about 10 kids came in, all about the age of 12, under the supervision of only 2 adults. These kids were completely wild and played way too rough, which rendered the play area useless for my toddlers. The play area is divided into age groups, but the 4-12 group is just too big a gap for the little ones to still play safely among a bunch of bigger kids.
m. f.Really great concept. However, the owner should consider closing off the reserved party area so uninvited children don't stroll into private parties. She too could be nicer to all patrons and not just those she knows by name. And she should train her staff not to complain about patrons in vernacular cause a lot of us understand many languages. Other than that, the kids will love it as they are oblivious to adult nonsense😁 There is a good cultural mix and adult patrons are friendly to each other.

a. c.Great indoor play centre for kiddies of up to 12 years. Assistance from staff. Really good with kiddies. Restaurant available too. Can have parties there too for kiddies. Safe place for parents to relax or catch up on emails while sipping coffee. Pay per hour at the end
T. L.The place is very nice for kids aged 2 and upwards,there are ladies there who can play with your child and look after them while they are playing.The food is okay for kids but not so sure of adults.I don't normally eat when I take my child there.
M.Our little one loved it. We loved sitting by the outside area overlooking the water. The food was also affordable which is also an added bonus. And the child minders were friendly and kind.
