We had only good experiences with the embassy. The contact over mail was always super fast and very friendly and patiently explained everything to all our questions. At our appointment it went all smooth aswell. Very nice staff and we were done even faster than what we thought. Definitely made our bureaucracy jungle a bit easier! Hopefully it will go just as fast and smooth when we get to apply for the visa in a couple of weeks.

Super efficient but terribly rude, abrupt and unhelpful. They might do well to understand the stresses involved in applying for a visa. That said, stick to the letter of their rule and everything goes as per what they stipulate in writing.
