Personnel at the Water & Lights Department ( Roodepoort) generally like to chat amongst each and not speedingly attend to a customer, thus slowing service delivery down and frustrating the public.

They need more cashiers at the licencing section please. And they need an aircon my granddaughter fainted while we were in the queue.
