Neovision's service is excellent. The moment my daughter and I stepped in we were greeted friendly. The Optometrist herself is very chatty and made me feel very comfortable during my eye test. I had such a good experience, definitely the best neovision branch i’ve been to thus far. My optometrist is the sweetest lady and she made the eye test really comfortable and enjoyable for me. I informed her that i had exams coming up so i needed my glasses soon but was still willing to wait and she labeled it “urgent” and i received my glasses within 2 days 🙏🏻. I went to fetch it today and i received a glass cleaner as well with it. Overall a wonderful experience and I am very happy with the service and my purchase. 100% recommend!

Coming from another city, I generally find customer service an issue in Cape Town, however I was pleasantly surprised by the fantastic service I received from management and staff at Neovision Maynard Mall. My experience was beyond pleasant. Communication was on point during the short waiting period. My bad memory prevents me now from mentioning names, my apologies. The optometrist is fantastic and professional and so are the other ladies who assisted me. I walked in without much expectations but I walked out a very happy customer with new spectacles and sunglasses.

I’ve worn prescription specs from other optometrists in the past, but I was ALWAYS left wanting. And the headaches never resolved. The prescription Karoo glasses you guys gave me are not only gorgeous, but I’m finally able to drive at night without squinting and downing copious amounts of Grandpa for the first time in over a decade! Went to pick up my Eton sunglasses today. I absolutely love them too! Dr Phele is an absolute humorous whip, yet professional. We laughed throughout my entire eye test, and for the first time I felt like an optometrist ACTUALLY listened to my concerns, she went beyond just counting on the test results. All 3 of you ladies are ALL just beyond amazing! I’m SOOO glad I moved to the western cape, otherwise I’d still be suffering despite paying thousands. I have 2 friends coming to see you soon because I guaranteed them they wouldn’t ever want to see a different practice once they’ve had you guys. Hands down the best service I’ve ever received at ANY doctor’s office, regardless of the speciality. Please never change. You are genuinely the best eye practice I’ve ever been treated by. No wonder there are ZERO bad reviews about you out there!

Angie and the lovely optometrist provided Excellent customer service! Our consultation for my grandpa was super informative and very helpful advice was given. Highly recommended the Maynard mall branch!! I’ve been to the branch in kenilworth and it wasn’t the best, ZERO customer service (terrible). They can surely learn a few good things from the branch in Maynard mall. Again Angie and the optometrist were AMAZING!
