Amazing service! I had broken my glasses , and I went Into the store at 13h15 , and by 15h15 I had had an eye test , and had new glasses on my face !!! They have a lab on site and got my prescription fitted into new frames on the same day . Absolutely remarkable honestly ! And Nishana is an absolute gem. From the moment I placed the booking for my eye test to the day I went to pick up my spectacles. I have been going to Spec-Savers Gateway for a number of years and have always enjoyed the helpful and efficient service that I have received from Nishana and the Gateway team. Last week, whilst playing soccer the ball was kicked into my face. My vision seemed a bit strange and as precaution I visited Spec-Savers and Sudeshni checked my eyes. She picked up something that she was not 100% happy with, and along with Nishana decided to refer me to an ophthalmologist. Fortunately my eye is recovering, but the ophthalmologist was complimentary of Sudeshni's diagnosis and her suggested precautions. Thank you to the Spec-Savers team for going the extra mile.

Very prompt and efficient although I'm very disappointed that the "free" sunglasses had so many add-ons that I needed to pay for, it felt like it suddenly wasn't free and another way of inflating my bill, I felt like it wasn't the great deal I thought it was :( :(
