Despite initially being notified about a waiting time of several days, I was pleasantly surprised to receive my pair in less than a week. Furthermore, they graciously exchanged my frame without any hesitation. Torga Clearwater has truly proven to be an exceptional establishment.
C. V.If you are looking for great service, friend and helpful staff to have your eyes tested and get your specs, this is the place to go to! The staff are very friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to assist you where possible. Their turnaround time is also fantastic. I had my eyes tested on the Sunday and by Thursday I had my new pair of glasses and my trial contact lenses. Thank you to all the staff that made my visit such a pleasure
