I’d like to express my gratitude to Nthabiseng for handling my purchase matters with kindness and a good attitude. I was quite displeased over a week ago with how things were going but she was quick to get in touch to try and remedy that, which she did. I fetched my glasses and sunglasses today and I am impressed with them. They are of good quality and value for money. Thanks again.

The lady who was helping me pick my glasses was extremely patient with me and made sure that I picked the frame and lense enhancements I needed. The doctor was kind and sweet as well. I got a call sooner than I had anticipated to come collect my glasses and I was greeted with a smile the moment I walked through the doors. The staff is brilliant and their service is excellent. I am happy with my new spectacles.

From the moment my sister and I got in, the ladies there were amazing! We got helped with deciding what was best after the eye test, and Nthabi helped my sister find the frame that was perfect for her face. The customer service is amazing. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! 🌻❤️ You completely forget that you're just there to get glasses 😅 and that I find amazing to be helped by such lovely people. I'd recommend Spec-Savers anytime, any day.
