Tania was just simply amazing. As a south African we can all agree good customer service is a rarity. I watched this pleasant lady multi task and help several clients and deal with my glasses with such pristine ease. Thank you Tania. You are amazing. Will definitely recommend !

I have had a bad experience after a bad experience. Firstly I booked an online appointment - only to find out that I could not book that date and time. I then made another appointment. Only to get an appointment reminder for the first cancelled appointment. Then i order contact lenses and the order is wrong. that is now 2 visits. Then i buy a pair of multifocals. I have a problem with the fitting of the glasses , I go back , it is adjusted. The glasses still hurt. I call and ask when i can come in. I get told any time today. Go in. I go in......Oh sorry , it is load shedding come back. I go back now the 04th time , they get adjusted . I still cannot wear the glasses for any period of time, as they still are not fitted correctly. 05th time i go in this morning , ....oh can you come back tomorrow as the technician is in. I ask what time can i make an appointment as after that , i will not be coming back. Come between 15h30 and 17h00. I am about to make teh appointment when i am informed the person is overseas. Not sure of a return date. I paid in excess of R10,000 for a pair of glasses I CANNOT WEAR ! and apparently there is no one who can adjust them correctly. She got it right first time after the optometrist , kind agreed to change my frame free of charge. My first experience was obviously the Friday car experience. Since I have complained , the staff at Westville Execuspecs have assisted and been extremely friendly and professional. Thank you. I will definitely go there again. Sandra Wakeford

Brilliant service from the reception to the optometrist to delivery of my glasses after a rapid unplanned visit. Thank you to all involved. I can see clearly now the mist has gone.
