Amazing moving experience with Swiss Movers. We booked the team on only a few days' notice, and they made themselves available to assist us with our home move on a Sunday. We received superb service from Swiss Movers. They came to our house for a walk through before providing us with a quote for the move (not all moving companies are prepared to take the time to do deliver this service). The movers were polite and professional, wrapping our furniture with care. Highly recommend!

I can't recommend Dieter and his team enough! If you are looking for a moving company, stop looking and just book with Dieter. I have never come across a more professional moving company. Dieter and his team are professional, kind and understanding which makes the whole moving process easy and much less stressful. Dieter even went above and beyond to move our moving date on by 2 days with just 4 days' notice. Dieter, thank you so much for your kindness and excellent service! If we move again I most certainly use Swiss Movers again. In the meantime, everyone else looking to move must use Dieter and team! You will be disappointed if you don't use them!

On the day, they arrived 5mins ahead of schedule (which has never happened in my experience with moving companies). A great professional moving service, from the very first email i sent to get a quote Dieter was on the ball even got a call once I had made my booking to confirm all is in order for the date to move and if I need anything to let him know. Was very impressed that Dieter comes to the place you are moving from and makes sure all goes smoothly and checks that the wrapping of your valuables and furniture is properly wrapped and secure. From start to finish was a breeze experience and I would definately use him again and recommend to others. His prices are great also and very affordable compared to others.

Our recent move from north to south was an experience we never thought was as smooth as Swiss Movers had performed! Dieter oversees every micro detail and works on his client one to one. Beyond getting hands on with uninstallation and help his team pack, he was emotionally engaged with us on both the stress and excitement of the move. Despite the incessant in-coming phone calls for quotations, he does not take his attention off and manage both to satisfy his potential clients with quick words of assurance of his return calls and focus on the move. The team arrived on time despite traffic from the closure of the M2. We are absolutely impressed with his sense of pride in his business and his respect of his clients by his reminder call the day before to confirm the details of the itinerary, and arriving half an hour before his team on the day to run through last minute arrangements if any, just for his clients because he fully grasp the changes and additions that is inevitable on the part of the client’s. No assumptions made by him nor any of his staff members, they approach you for approval and confirmation of every single item and where you would like them to be placed. Swiss movers had proved themselves to be also a well trained and great fun loving team. Between the span of the projected 8 hour move including dismantling and reinstallation, they completed just ahead of time without the usual group bantering, and standing, and looking you would expect from working with other service providers. Definitely not one of those pick from the streets company which involves basic hard labor. During the entire moving schedule, so much can be witnessed with regards to how Dieter runs the program and delivers their responsibility as professional movers. Between how he interacts with his team and his his staff interacts with each other on making lightning fast decisions on unexpected challenges with getting our furnitures moved from two completely different building structures. Exceptional service, with a lot of fun. An absolute blast; an experience to remember by. A company with character! Thank you Swiss movers and Dieter for being and making a difference!

Dieter and his team are real pro's, in the modern and old fashioned sense of the word. Quotations and appointments are processed promptly and Dieter is always on hand to discuss your requirements. You can not put a price on the lengths Dieter and his team go to help your move go smoothly, when moving is already super strenuous. And what you can put a price on are his rates, they are very reasonable, especially if you know what the package brings; many extra lengths. They are prompt and on time, but go the extra mile to make sure EVERYTHING gets done. Dieter himself is a gem. There was a minor hiccup and he handled it swiftly and with the least discomfort to the client (us). That deserves an extra star. He is on board all the time with the biggest smile. He believes in his business and after our move, and I have moved to over 32 houses, we believe in it too. Thank you Dieter, albeit a bit late. Ten stars if we could.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND Swiss Removals....they literally packed everything up and unpacked everything! They wrapped my bed in bubble wrap so there is no concern of your bed getting dirty in a moving truck or it's material ripping, bubble wrapped everything else and not a single thing was damaged, bundled all clothes as well. Lowazi from Swiss Removals was the best and made sure stress levels during the move were down and stayed down. These guys were Reasonable, Friendly and Professional and also covid compliant. You will not go wrong with them especially if you don't have time to pack your stuff up yourself and concerned about damage. They also connected my TV and fridge and helped with my curtains. To Dieter and Team (especially Lowazi) thank you for making my move effortless and for understanding how stressful moving can be. Great Humanity side from this company! 👏
