I did not end up doing business with them. But Matt was very friendly and helpful. Would have definitely gone with them under the right circumstances as they seem very professional when it comes to helping customers. Service was quite quick and efficient when it came to providing me with quotes and information regarding the storage unit.

Would DEFINATLY recomend! From the staff, to the security, acess of ease + safety of your items. I am always so impressed how above and beyond everyone will go to ensure you are having a posotive experience. Matt and Pretty are Top tier👌🏾 and always want to make sure you are happy with everything and will do what they can to make sure you are. Will always use storage as my first option no matter what! I had a very good stay at the Randburg facility. I stayed in my unit for almost 3 years! My stuff was in good condition when I collected it, there was no dust and damp on any of my belongings. Selling up and emigrating is stressful enough as it is but when I ended up on the side of a main road with my hazards on and a van full of furniture due to the storage that promised easy access for a truck, actually being in the basement car park of a shopping centre, the stress levels went through the roof!! Thanks to google, I found Stor-age on Braam Fischer Dr, Randburg. Andrew answered the phone, assured me they had the right space with the easy access required. Being a Saturday morning, they were due to leave work but he and his team waited for me. The relief to be so well taken care of and see such clean, safe organised systems in place for the storage was immense. I feel safe every time I come on my own there. Thank you Andrew and your lovely co worker (sorry, I've forgotten his name) you were life savers. I wish I'd come to your storage from the start, it would have saved a huge amount of stress. I would recommend this facility to anyone needing secure storage.

Thank heavens for Malebo at Randburg Stor-Age - If she is not a senior manager by the end of the quarter then something is wrong! This past week, we had a storage emergency looming: a two-tonne truck of furniture was steadily making its way to Johannesburg without a place to go. I decided to take a chance and get to Randburg Stor-age just before 8, to be there by the time they opened to check if they had units available. When I got there, not only had Malebo already opened up for the movers (way before opening time) but she proceeded to assist me with enthusiasm and professionalism. 10/10 all round!
