We recently immigrated to Australia with our two cats and worked with Tionette from the Global Paws team, guiding us through the process and getting all the documents in order and PEQ sorted. Fantastic efficiency from the start of our engagement until final successful delivery. Dogs were kenneled at Snowpine for almost 6 weeks and I received weekly updates along with pics which go a long way towards easing anxiety. Dearest Nadine, Global Paws Team and Jetset Pets We are delighted to tell you that our furkids have arrived safely and are settling in happily in their new home with their parents. In the 5 and half years of having them, this was the most stressful event. We have never been apart for more than a few days. Thank you for helping make this stressful situation easier on both us and the boys. With a happy heart full of purrs and cuddles we sleep well tonight with our family back together and whole again. Donovan and his team were really outstanding in taking care of our furkids and we were always kept up to date with pictures and videos. I hired Global Paws to assist us with the Johannesburg to Gaborone portion of moving our two dogs. They were super responsive and helpful. After our dogs were en route from the US to South Africa, Global Paws reached out to us to let me know that due to a new COVID lockdown, the dogs would reach Johannesburg but then be delayed indefinitely. We were crushed. Our dogs were well cared for while in Global Paws care in Jo'burg. Knowing how much we missed our babies, they sent us pictures. One week later they called to let us know they had found a workaround to get our dogs to us. Needless to say we were ecstatic. Even though we were expecting a delay of a minimum of two weeks, one week after our arrival in Botswana, Global Paws delivered our precious cargo to our door in Gaborone. To say we were satisfied with the service we got from Global Paws is a giant understatement. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Nicolene and Nadine we’re incredible. They helped us move our two yorkies from South Africa to the UK. We switched to Global Paws after originally starting off with a different pet travel provider. This other provider was terrible at communicating and couldn’t answer our questions. Nadine and Nicolene were the opposite, they even called us in the UK a few times to discuss options and solutions. I highly recommend Global Paws, Nicolene, and Nadine.

Our Luna travelled from South Africa to Hong Kong and Global Paws assisted our Hong Kong agent to facilitate the process in SA and they were fantastic, from answering questions to handling the paperwork, we never had to wait long for our questions to be answered, also their communication is outstanding, we just wish the airline took better care of her but Global Paws was absolutely amazing and we are very happy or baby arrived safely.

Global Paws expertly handled the two importations fron the UK of Labrador Retrievers in Dec 2023 and Feb 2024. Their service, advice on documentation, interface with the UK forwarder and airline, and very quick clearance of the dogs upon arrival at ORT was faultless and the service from Nadine Matthee was exceptional. Nadine and the team at Global Paws did a fantastic job with facilitating my cat's international move. This was my first time using a pet shipper and moving my cat as air cargo. Nadine took the time to answer my numerous questions and handled all of the paperwork and red tape. They may not be the cheapest service out there but the level of service provided and peace of mind that my cat was in the best of hands was worth the price tag. J.P. the driver was professional, courteous, and on time to finally deliver my cat to my new residence. My cat was happy and healthy and seemed to have enjoyed his sojourn at the cattery when he finally arrived at our new home.

Moving your fur babies overseas has to be one of the most stressful experiences you will ever go through... and to top it off our kitties were cancelled off their original flight with us 30mins before check-in (due to a COVID case in the Frankfurt animal centre). While we flew to Germany, they ended up having to be driven all the way back to DUR from JHB, waited another 2 weeks for a KLM flight - back up to JHB, 3 days in kennels and then finally on to Amsterdam and road transported to Hamburg. Thank-you Yolandi (even Elsabe & Roxy on the emergency line and Natasha at reception) - who had to put up with all my calls, endless questions and concerns on a daily basis. Donovan, Megan & Tracy who took such good care of our babies while driving them and during their stay in kennels. Nothing really could have made us feel better about the process, but our pets were well taken care of and arrived safely and in good condition. Would definitely recommend Global Paws, everyone that we interacted with has genuine care for animals and patient understanding for the anxiety you experience as a pet parent. Thank-you again! We recently relocated internationally again - and I can only thank Nicolene, JP and the Global Paws team for bringing our 2 cats safely back to South Africa. Global Paws made the difficult task of transporting my dog to Australia much easier and gave me confidence that my dog would arrive. Global Paws knows all the Australian requirements so there was no delay in getting the permit and quarantine booking. The whole process was guided from beginning to end by Yolandi. I really appreciated her communicating with me the entire time. Yolandi also put me into contact with an Australain pet transport company who organised my dog to be transported from the quarantine facility to my destination. With Global Paws assisting, everything went smoothly and my dog is now happily settled in Australia.

The quote we received was fast and competitive and I liked the inclusions. When we were ready, Trisha was assigned to our case and the communication was brilliant every step of the way. Exporting a " dangerous dog breed" ( our pet Rottweiler) from Europe into South Africa is not easy. The time line is tight and it is critical that you get your ducks in a row. I wouldn’t use these guys again. They give great customer service at the start but once they have your money there is very little follow up. Our animals arrived at their destination and within the lead time however during the transit they hardly followed up to let us how our animals were and where they were and also have not yet checked in with us to see if our animals actually arrived safely Not good enough

Global Paws was incredible from start to finish. They helped us move our dog from Botswana to England (with a stopover in South Africa) and honestly, we couldn't recommend them enough. Toinette was phenomenal and so good at her job. Communication was clear, she had so much knowledge and went above and beyond to ensure we felt happy throughout the whole process. Basil had to spend a few nights at their kennels and we received photos and regular updates throughout our stay. Great service!
