I visited here 2 weeks ago after a very painful fall on my day hike on Table Mountain. Easy enough to locate with a mix between experienced and less experienced masseuses. Complimentary water or tea on completion of massage to re-hydrate. Rates are fairly comparable to other venues in Cape Town, with a 90 minute massage costing R550. Good pressure applied with appropriate stretching.

The best Thai massage I've ever had. The pressure was FIRM which worked for me but I think they should ask you before starting. Therapist are professional. They incorporated stretching into the oil massage too. The price was good. Don't bother going anywhere else because we went up the road to a Thai place on Kloof St & it was terrible compared to this

I've been to numerous massages around the world, but Pang's massage was the best. Her hands were strong and passionate, nothing mediocre, but gosh, it was painful at times. I can only recommend this place, especially if your back is stiff. Definitely worth the money.
