Love the specials! The best place to shop for your weekly fruit and veg. Friendly and helpful staff. Always good deals! Do try their Continental rolls.

Many items without prices. There are tongs on the public side of the service window with no sign that these are only for staff and yet a patron was given a very had time for using these. Service in the bakery section can do with a pep up. The rest of the store is pleasant and caters to a wide range of needs given how small this particular site is.

The shop was very busy, I did not get everything I wanted though, but it was a pleasure to shop there.

Such a nice convenient place for me after work, but sadly I didn’t enjoy shopping there. No help, noisy staff and a strange atmosphere. As if they want you to hurry up and leave.

Great store for quick grabs.

The store is VERY small for a food lover's and overcrowded. There's barely any space to display the items they sell. The staff is friendly, but service is slow. You will stand there forever waiting to be served if you don't pin down a server to help you, which is hard to do considering there's barely space for a mouse.

Ideal for the essentials if you live nearby. wonderful specials and discounts during the week, and the sourdough bread from the bakery is addictive. Steer clear of the meat section, as this branch does not have a butchery section, and cannot guarantee optimal freshness. The staff are always amazing, and the store is relatively chilled and not annoyingly full for its central location.

A good variety of veggies to choose from. Credit to the staff, I forgot to take my aluminum foil when leaving and only realized it when getting home. On my return the cashier returned it to me with a massive smile 😃 😊. Thanks

When you just wanted one item but the choice and displays result in you filling your hands - already speaks for itself. When a shop assistant in a busy store has anticipated your position and is at your side handing you the trolley he brought you - that is so heartening and obviously stems from the foundation of this site. Clean, spacious, easy parking access, are just some of the fleeting impressions from my fly in and out of the store. Well deserved 5 star 🌟.

I really like this fruit and veg market. It has character. Besides the piles of very fresh produce, the specials are very good. Useful also are the meat, bakery and dairy sections. The olive ciabatta is to die for!

Michael and his team are absolutely on the ball. I received great service from Michael when doing a few large purchases recently and he even went out of his way to order more stock for me. A real breath of fresh air with awesome customer service skills compared to 90% of other places in SA where the service is pathetic. Michael you are the man.

Can't say I LOVE this place, but it does what it's supposed to - supply fresh fruit and veg at very reasonable prices. Also has confectionery, meat, cheese, nuts, dried fruits etc. Must be ok because we always come out having spent way more than we meant to because the prices are so good

Have not been to this store for quite a few years. Went there today and was very pleasantly surprised at the revised layout, lighting which all lead to a very pleasant shopping experience. The shock came when I left the store to get to my vehicle. I was overwhelmed by the many, many parking attendants/car guards who all decided that I needed help. I am partially disabled and do in fact need the help of the trolley to push myself up the incline to my vehicle. The annoyance and scorn with which I was handed out by these people was actually frightening and I could not load and get away quickly enough. I will not patronize this store again Malcolm Lee

I usually shop here because it's within walking distance from work. You can get the basics in terms of fruit, vegetables, and cheese. The bakery section, although small, does a good selection of breads and rolls. Don't expect the food bar to be on par with other foodlovers stores. Very bread heavy subs, a few sauce heavy salads, but sufficient for a lunch time meal. It gets really busy between 12 and 2pm

Nice markdowns of cheese etc some days. Floors are dirty unfortunately. No protection in car park for customers against +- 15 VERY dirty "bergies" pestering them for money, touching the trolleys as well as the customers. During COVID, something needs to be done by each and every shop owner to protect their customers as far as possible against contracting the virus, on their premises.

Annoyed with the bakery!!! Asked the Baker if the German landbrod that we buy once a month was freshly baked, he assured me it was baked overnight . However when I sliced the bread ,for packaging for the freezer,one was stale and the other semi fresh!!! We shop once a month,we shop early in the morning to avoid crowds.

I love Fruit and Veg because there is no parking fees and no irritating parking attendants! And every now and then they will have berries on special so that I can actually afford to buy them too. If I need to pop in to a store to buy fruit and veggies, I will rather go here than to gardens. Otherwise I pay R8 for parking!!

Best market👌 . I bought 2 packets of green peppers last month on th 22th May .Even today they still fresh 🤗 .

Nice small market with a variety of fruit and veggies as well as other items like cereal and granola. There is also a section on the back with fresh bakery items, sandwiches, and hot prepared foods like pasta and chicken. Nice for a quick stop to pick up a few items.

It is not easy to run a fruit and vegetable business, so I opened the kitchen to make hot food. However, I was surprised to find that the fruits and vegetables were more expensive than others. Recently, the business has begun to decrease. I guess the pressure has increased and I need to review and improve.

Parking is easy. The bakery is powerful and has rare and expensive fruits and vegetables that may not be available in other similar series. Chinese cabbage has just been launched.
