It's nicely decorated. The customer service is OK. Like in any other store, the is an unspoken rule of preferential treatment of customers based on skin color. One practical example is when a black customer is paying there are no greetings and smiles but when a white customer paying on the till all of a sudden the mood lights up. This is a national problem it's not unique to this store. The tellers need to be trained to treat customers the same irrespective of race.

Really nice bottle store with some great deals... Especially like the fact that they reserve a parking for you in the Tulbagh Square.
