AMENDMENT TO THIS REVIEW: Marilise contacted me to explain. She had, in fact, sent an email with the details requested. However, she made a mitsake on the email address and this was repeated every time she sent the mail. No error message popped up on her side to warn her of the non-delivery of the mail. Marilise apologised profusely. Very bad service. Charged way too much and won't send banking details for EFT payment. Do not reply to emails. No telephone contact on their invoice
