The Diamond Guy offered a personalized ring-shopping experience. I came in with little-to-no knowledge, but I was guided and educated every step of the way. - First, we discussed designs, sizes, clarities, etc. - From here, a digital design of the ring was created for me to provide feedback on. I was given the opportunity to make final tweaks before production of the ring had started. - The ring was ready for collection in under 2 weeks (I cannot remember exactly how long). The end product was perfectly made, exactly according to the design specification. What stood out for me on this journey: - Friendly service - Feeling comfortable during initial discussions. No sales pitch or hidden agendas, only solid recomendations and guidance. - The Diamond Guy knows his product - I was educated thoroughly throughout the journey. I could make educated decisions going forward. - The Diamond Guy is dependable - Not once did I have to make follow up phone calls. I was always contacted first, always kept up to date and checked in with. This is rare in today's world. - Custom designs - I did not have to pick something off a shelf. I was able to specify exactly what I wanted, to be created from scratch. - High levels of confidence throughout the process.
