I recently took my ring to cape jewel in paarl mall for resizing, and I couldn't be happier with the experience!...the moment I walked in,..the staff were welcoming and attentive. They listened carefully to my needs and thoroughly explained the resizing process,.which made me feel confident that my ring was in good hands.. What really stood our for me was the exceptional customer service...the staff were professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with the result.
