There are many aspects of this business that are admirable and worthy of praise, but I would like to compliment them on two particular aspects. 1. The owners commitment towards his customers. I had a complicated enquiry which their staff could not fully answer. They recommended that I speak to the owner, he called me that same day to address my enquiry. He had addressed my enquiry in such a way that I could clearly acknowledge the heart of the business. Their transparency and commitment towards their clients are unmatched. 2. The integrity of their staff. I wanted a particular and unique artwork engraved on my ring. I had paid for the design and engraving before hand, which was my choice. Whilst discussing the design with the sales consultant, he realized that they might not be able to fully satisfy my request. He then told me that he would be more comfortable refunding me for the design and engraving than them not being able to give me exactly what I wanted. WOW!! Talk about putting the customer first... Thank you Diamond Corp, its been a pleasure. This businesses will always be my first choice!

Great service from the time of order. As soon as I had ordered the ring they phoned me to make sure all the details were correct and if I was happy with what I was ordering and they very nice over the phone. After we had confirmed anything i got an email to alert me that the order was activated and that it would start being worked on. The only complaint I have is I was never updated on the progress of the order and the tracking system to check progress didn't seem to be working. Other then that I got the ring in a timely manner and was very happily suprised but the quality and workmanship of the ring. Great company, good experience would recommend

I just want to thank Petri Pretorius for the outstanding service that he provided me when I was buying an engagement ring from Diamond Corporation SA. I didn’t know my wife’s finger size so he asked me to send him a photo that shows my wife’s wrist and finger and he’ll use their app to determine my wife’s finger size, I sent him the photos together with my delivery address and they delivered the ring on the date on which they had promised and it fit my wife’s finger perfectly so I just want to thank him for everything.
