Their in-house watch maker did an incredible job repairing a very old watch of mine. There are no parts for the watch. He managed to source and fit a generic part and get this vintage watch back to its former glory.

Bought a watch in January 2023 within a week it stopped working,being retuned twice,now, 2 weeks later still no watch. Very poor customer after care service. Saw the owner last Saturday enquiring about my watch, he was very disinterested and too busy with his personal shopping, very disappointed
