What a wonderful experience! After wearing their beautiful jewelry for some time, I decided to go into Black Betty Parkhurst for a helix piercing today. The team, Jody, Nompilo and Reece were absolutely lovely. They were so patient, professional and helpful. The piercing experience, quick, painless and in the cleanest environment. Lorelle is a gem! Such an incredible manager and you can see why the store always has people in it! She’s been super friendly and helpful every time I’ve been to the store. I can ask her for new products, very specific gold hoops etc and she knows what to show me. She really knows the BlackBetty store & stock.

Thank you to Gavin and Ryan (in fact the whole JHB) team, I was helped to deal with a piercing I had done elsewhere that was sinking into my nose. I was treated with such care and a sense of urgency from the moment I called, to getting to their shop and leaving, despite the fact that my piercing wasn’t initially done by them.
