What an exceptional experience! From the design of the ring to the cut of the diamond and the final product. My fiancé's engagement ring was absolutely beautiful and spot on according to the design that I wanted. The service I received from Madelyn throughout the process was amazing! She was so involved in every detail of the ring from start to finish, and when I had to take the ring back to have it resized, it took less than a day! What a blessing! Thank you!

I cannot recommend Havilah enough. I was looking for a custom made engagement ring, and from start to finish the service was excellent. Friendly, professional and fast, the team were able to identify my needs, and create a beautiful ring to fit my budget too! They obviously did a good job as my fiancée said yes and has not stopped getting compliments on her ring. I asked a few jewellers for a quote to get a necklace made, even from the jewellers I usually use. I was so impressed with Sheyna responding so promptly to my email as she asked me questions regarding the necklace in order to quote me properly. She was also the first person to come back with me with a quote which was the following day. I just appreciate the efficient communication. Receiving the quote within 24 hours was just a bonus. FYI I haven’t even had a response from some of the jewellers that they received my email or WhatsApp.
