Iv been with Reef for a considerable time now. My experience with Reef has always only been a positive one. Iv been in the fortunate position to have only needed to call on Reef on 3 occasions. 1. Was smashed into on the R21. A recovery flatbed was on site within 40 minutes. Considering it was rush hour morning traffic, a great response. I then had my curiosity car an hour later. 2. Experience a flat Tyre between springs and benoni. Again a recovery truck arrived and I was mobile within 2 hours. Reefs dispatch arrived sooner than BMW on call. In fact on call could not assist in getting the locnuts off my wheel. 3. I had a debit order returned due to me not allocating correctly. My cover was maintained and we simply ran a double the following month. Reef is not just a business. It's staff have empathy and have always gone out of the way to service me as best they can. Well done to Reef and the staff
