I will henceforth be measuring every service provider against Leana's exceptional standards. She replied within an hour to my query and gave me a booking within a few hours. She was on time and my oriental rug has never looked better. Very rarely do service providers live up to the hype on their websites but Aunty Leana does just that. Her number is saved on my phone and for as long as she continues to run this business, I wont use anyone else. What a wonderful experience! Throughout the process, I was able to remain at ease. I was moving house and didn't have the time to sort out my rooms before Leana and her husband arrived at my door, but they were so gracious and helped me move some furniture. Then the real magic started; the carpets were left not just looking fresh but FEELING fresh too! I got to see how they operated the cleaning, and it was amazing to see! Had the rug cleaned in my TV room. The job was great and they were very friendly and chatty when doing the job. They were also very quick which was wonderful. However, after a misunderstanding over the medium of payment I was accused of dishonest business which left a sour taste after they left. Still giving 4 stars because they did a great job. When they say that they "offer instant EFT with immediate clearance" you still need to make an instant EFT at your own expense.

What a pleasure it was to meet the friendly Sparklify team. They came out to clean 1 small rug (after i had been turned down a few times by other companies that considered the job "too small.") I popped home in my lunch break and my carpet was clean within 30 minutes. It dried quickly and i was back at work in no time, happy with the amazing service and lovely team. Thank you, Sparklify!

Our massive jute and cotton rug (which was very dirty) was cleaned in less than 30 mins, no fuss :) All pet stains and odours were instantly removed. Had a wonderful experience with the fairy godmother, Leana and her charming husband this morning, the perfect pair. I moved into a new apartment and brought along two rugs full of Golden retriever dog hair. They swiftly cleaned the rugs while I was in meetings, they eagerly moved furniture and even buffed the tiles before packing up. I am so happy to have even met such a wonderful couple, I only feel regret that I could not have coffee and sit down and learn more about them. I highly recommend this company for cleaning carpets. They came to my home on a saturday at very short notice and cleaned 3 rooms & a old very stained loose carpet in an hour. My carpets were dry within less than 30min of cleaning and the very old loose carpet looks like a new carpet. There has also been no stains since drying and no damp smell. I will definitely make use of Sparklify's services again.

I recently had my carpet done by SPAKLIFY professional carpet cleaner and am pleased to testify of a job well done. Our carpets really look new and fresh, with no damp smell as that has always been the case with other companies. The Couple came in right on time and were actually earlier than the agreed time :-), which was perfect for me as we still needed to get to work & get the kids to school. Their service was very professional and affordable and their caring and polite personality was a cherry on top. They charged us R600 for 2 bedrooms & lounge/sitting room. Our house had furniture that needed to be moved and they gently lifted and shifted everything without breaking a thing. We offered and insisted that we pay them more with no success as they refused to take more money. These people really enjoy what they do… Helping people and making a difference. Leana and your partner we are truly grateful for your service and we will definitely use SPARKIFY in the near future.

Leana is the most efficient planner and her cleaning services are super efficient. I was worried that the heavy staining would not come off our cream carpets but Leana used 3 methods to completely remove and take care of the stains. The carpets were cleaned while I was at work and they were not only dry, but fresh and clean when I got home.

The owner was friendly and professional when making the appointment to have my carpet cleaned. A few days after it was cleaned, the same marks appeared. I did send her a message as I thought it was rather strange, but she explained that the underfelt was probably still damp and it might take a month or so to dry completely. 😁

Leana and her husband arrived fifteen minutes early to our appointment, and it was just as well. After bringing up all their equipment (seventeen floors!) to my new apartment, we discovered to my dismay and embarrassent that the electricity has not yet been turned on. I was ready to give up and postpone the appointment, but Leana would not give up! She was determined to get my carpets cleaned right away. She helped me to ask a neighbour for help, and we ran her extension cord to the apartment next door, and in no time my carpets were "sparkling"!
