The staff were amazing and service was great. We were a big party of 10 and Austin & Grant were very accommodating and helpful with extra requests. Our rooms, bathrooms & whole house was cleaned & restocked every day. Our breakfast every morning was so good and Dorothy & Precious would adjust according to our request. Loved our stay as staff and Daniella thought of every thing and helped us navigate our trip. This was my first time in Cape Town and I would stay here if I could every time I’m here.

Overall the serenity was a great villa to stay at. The views are gorgeous and would 10/10 recommend. The staff were very nice, prepared breakfast every morning, laid our beds, replaced the towels, did our laundry and cleaned our rooms every day. Exceptional service.

I just want to say a huge thank you to the incredible staff at Serenity Villa! Grant, Austin, Precious, and Dorathy made our experience unforgettable with their warmth, dedication, and genuine care. Each of them went above and beyond to make sure we felt completely at home and well taken care of. Whether it was the thoughtful little details, their constant smiles, or their readiness to help with anything we needed, they truly made our stay remarkable. Amazing place. The rooms, the service, the pool, the location. Not a speck of dirt anywhere! Everything we need is provided. The staff are always smiling, always happy to help or chat yet always manage to just be in the background. They have made us all feel so comfortable and nothing is too much trouble for them 😍 I want to take them home with me! They even treated us all to a traditional African meal! X

Beautiful luxury escape in the hills of Cape Town. The house left no detail untouched. I throughly enjoyed my stay here and did not want to leave. The staff was immaculate. They were attentive and friendly and had high levels of attention to detail. One night we had a Zimbabwe feast made by the staff which some of the best food we ate throughout our trip.

What a beautiful place! We used the venue for a company workshop and it was absolutely perfect - stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere, with plenty of lovely sunny spots where we could have team breakaways and discussions. Thank you so much to Daniela and her hospitality team for the wonderful service and delicious brunch.

We were a group of well travelled guests most of whom had never visited Cape Town before. We moved to Serenity Villa in Camps Bay as part of the second leg of our trip, and were astounded by how beautiful everything was. Our first thought was that it looked even more beautiful that the photos and second was how warm and welcoming Daniela and the rest of the staff was. Cheerful and excited, they gave us a tour of the home and some helpful tips to get around Cape Town. Once we settled in, we were able to take in all the details of the villa that made for a dream accommodation. The interior design and styling of the home was instagram friendly, but everything was about the guest experience. It seemed like they had thought of everything. The modern fireplace made for a cozy setting in the evenings, extra candles were brought out on request, beautiful furry blankets were provided for the chilly nights, and the beds were not only comfortable but everything from the lighting, lamps, bathroom architecture resembled that of a 5 star luxury boutique hotel. The staff in the mornings prepared delicious meals which catered for all our dietary needs (some of us were gluten free, dairy-free, vegan etc.) and everything that was prepared was appetizing and satisfying. The fridge and cupboards were stocked with handy items and the kitchen had fresh flowers arranged in a design centric way. All the tableware, glassware, and accessories were chosen to be consistent with the high quality of design that flowed throughout the entire villa. Our evening house keeper Lucky provided us with great service. He was kind and helpful and made us feel right at home. Daniela was easy going and very considerate to all our requests. We are so thankful to her and her whole staff for making this once in a lifetime experience so beautiful for us. We have not stopped recommending this villa to our friends and family and look forward to returning next year. Anyone looking for a beautifully designed villa with all the bells and whistles, Serenity is it. You will not be disappointed!

What a truly beautiful house in the perfect location... Daniela and her wonderful staff made us feel right at home. The fridge was almost a bit too small for our group of 8 people, but the owners have informed me since that I missed the other three on the property, tucked away! The bedrooms are not over-decorated as in other 5-star accommodation I've stayed in and I loved the sophisticated presentation of the house. 'Serenity' lived up to its name and we all felt so energised and relaxed after our stay. Highly recommended! Show less

Serenity is one of the most luxurious Villas i have stay in, if not the most. The fact that its so well positioned, the property gives you one of the best views of Camps Bay. Besides the Amazing Gym, Pool and Stunning Views, the Jacuzzi was welcomed by my Family when we had the opportunity. A property that deserves the name, Serenity !!!
