Good location. Clean rooms, however, not as advertised. Is a room with kitchenette, not apartment. As well, parking is based on first come first serve. Secure, if you are lucky to find a spot. From 5 night stay, we had luck to find a parking space for 2 night, otherwise you have to park on the street. Not ok. Friendly staff.

It was the first time we stayed here Here are the good and bad points Good points: 1.Great views over Seapoint and Greenpoint 2.Easy check in Bad points: 1.Rooms needs attention with maintenance - Repaint walls,hairline cracks all over - Damp in bathroom 2.No multiplugs or two point plugs in the room 3.Kichen area does not have an undercounter light 4.Dust on top shelf 5.Had to park my car in the street,as two jeeps took up a few parking spaces and ended up next to the garbage bins with homeless people and garbage removal staff doing their pick up right next to my car

They still need to improve on customer service as well as their check in procedures and procedures on extentions. It is only fair to prep a room first when moving a customer to the next room, than to expect a client to wait in their lobby for hours, when they have made an extended booking as it's not entirely a new client. The booking may be new but the client is already staying with them. Just an example of things to improve on, especially clear communication.

This should be a five star rating. Unfortunately there was an overwhelming smell of sewerage in the room when we arrived. It was promptly dealt with, once we had to direct them as to the cause of the smell which was unattended to since it was built. With that out of the way, it's a great spot for a short stay.

Great apartment. Very neat and tidy. It seems they have just been renovated The staff and reception are very friendly and helpful. The apartments are one block away from the main road in sea point. So one can always walk to all the restaurants and the promenade close by

This location is a gem. 10 min walk from the beach and a beautiful view of the ocean

They have a very beautiful view. The place is close to the sea, close to the markets, close to everything. You are in the middle. You can go to the downtown, the sea, Sea Point and the Waterfront in a good time.
