I just want to thank Nellie for the most wonderfull pedicure I have ever had. She was amazing and very professional and I was very happy with the end result. I highly recommend this lady to anyone who wants a pedicure.

The staff was tremendous, location outstanding and price for an American was incredibly reasonable. Couldn't rate our stay here higher, was perfect in all respects.
Such a lovely boutique hotel! I would not call it spa 😉 the room is very nice, there is all you need. The service is super friendly! There is also parking space available, good wifi (in the looby mostly). I didnt had breakfast because it did not look very delicious and also there are so many places you can go in this are 👍🏻
Me and wifey celebrated our honeymoon on 27 June 2024 as we were referred to this hotel on number 5 room was amazing and Jacuzzi, friendly staff, Tammy the manager gave us a wonderful spoil we enjoyed it, however I didn't know seapoint was not safe, the area looks quiet but lots suspects walking up and down plus no secure parking nor security or camera monitors for your vehicle, as my Vehicle was broken into and they stole our wedding gifts and valuable items that cost over R5000 and the car has n an alarm system, reported to police station and lay complaint about it and they mentioned that the area I was at, at Kloof Street is n target area so I wouldn't suggest you go there unless your car safe there no cameras no one called me to ask if we okay, as I told the staff what, happened even police was shocked how there no cameras around so sure not n happy ending our hearts still hurts what we lost we can't get back what we lost there goes honeymoon ending 💔😭
Top notch hotel staff friendly and go the extra mile highly reccomended had a great time .Shepard kmow he story and very profesional great host had amazing stay.
They claim to be 5 * but 3* would just suffice. Nice room, a bit dated. Service awfully slow. Nice spa and pool. Location is what brings the rate higher!
Thank you for your welcoming and friendly staff, we had a great stay with you, food was delicious, rooms excellent. We would definitely recommend you to anyone.
Had an awesome time at O on kloof, from the very friendly and welcoming staff, perfect location, to their luxury comfortable rooms, everything is just perfect. This place is a must stay when you are in Capetown. Will definitely visit again.
Very nice and cute hotel, especially our host Shepherd he was amazing, helped us with with everything. Thank you very much for your kindness.
Absolutely stunning. Will definitely visit again. I loved everything about it...
I went for a massage. The pressure was zero. Just hands dragging along. Not impressed.
Nice spa. Snack platter should be more appetizing.

Incredible hotel
We felt completely at home during our stay at the O on Kloof.||Of course the 5 South African stars do not correspond to Central European standards in every detail, but small deficiencies can be easily overlooked, as the service provided and the warm hospitality make up for the small deficiencies far outweigh. Our room on the top floor was very spacious and attractively furnished, the terrace was beautiful. Some details (wobbling fittings, not entirely clean windows, etc.) could of course be improved, but the sleep quality and housekeeping in general met our expectations. We were well looked after by the kitchen staff and managers, with delicious breakfasts, good room service and numerous tips and recommendations for going out. The location in Seapoint is quite pleasant. Some restaurants and shops are within walking distance, and the “SightseeingBus” stop is also not far and can be reached on foot. There are actually one or two construction sites right next to the hotel at the moment, but they didn't bother us. All in all, we will recommend the O on Klopf!
The rooms are large, so you still have enough freedom of movement despite having luggage. Our room had a small balcony and the bathroom was also big enough. A kettle is available. ||The house itself is beautifully decorated. Breakfast was good and tasty. Refrigerator and air conditioning are also available.||The accommodation is a little outside, but we knew that beforehand and were mobile by car. However, it is very steep on foot on the way back! It was only a few minutes to the HopOn-HopOff bus.||However, the house is very noisy! Since other guests obviously came back quite late at night, it took a while until calm returned...
Good tip if you are looking for a small, pleasant boutique hotel in Cape Town. Our room (Suite No 1) had its own jacuzzi and plenty of space on the terrace to relax (including deck chairs and seating area).||||We really liked the room. It was very spacious and had a great bathroom including a bathtub with a view.||||The service and all the staff were super friendly. The breakfast was also absolutely solid with fresh egg dishes that you could order as desired.
Although it is a very small hotel with only 8 rooms, it was very cozy and comfortable. Although it is a little far from the center, it is highly recommended for people who want to relax by taking a walk to the beach or enjoying a drink while feeling the breeze in the hotel lounge (both alcohol and smoothies are provided). ||We bring coffee or tea to your room every day to wake you up, and we also have breakfast on the terrace (of course you can eat it inside). ||As it is a small hotel, you will need to eat outside during lunch and dinner, but the staff will recommend and make reservations for you at nice restaurants, so you don't have to worry about that! The places I was introduced to were all very delicious and wonderful.
Service not at all customer oriented. Extremely noisy hotel but "this is normal since we are in the city center". We changed rooms and preferred a standard room to the suite initially reserved in the hope of having less noise, without success. We ended up moving and finding another less noisy hotel. The overall impression is unpleasant and in complete contradiction with the high ambitions displayed by the hotel management
I spent ten days in this so-called 5-star hotel, it's not really a palace, not particularly prestigious but the welcome is warm and they try to take care of you but I encountered a few faults. You should not listen to their advice. They describe the tourist places where they are well but they do not really give the reality of these places. It’s as if they don’t know! Most of the staff have not really visited the most touristy places on the cape and therefore they give a false idea of the place. In this case, it is better to fend for yourself and form your own opinions, good or bad! I had two massages in their spa and I can assure you it sucks. their swimming pool is so chlorinated that it is difficult to get wet. and their "gym" is ridiculous, there's just a treadmill and weights. It's a bit of false advertising. one evening, they disturbed me at 10 p.m. to change towels. It was a bit nonsense! In conclusion, they are still adorable but a lot of points to review and their main asset, I think they are well placed.
Very warm welcome from Olaf, Patricia and Bernadette as soon as you pass the gate.||We immediately feel at home.||This small hotel, located in a residential area, is wonderfully well maintained and the decoration carefully designed.| |The breakfasts are excellent.||No catering at lunchtime or in the evening. But a very good restaurant "La Mouette" a few minutes walk away.
Thank you Olaf for the personal welcome you give us. Impeccable service, and I really enjoy the conversations we have together. Also surprising, Olaf is Canadian! Every detail of his hotel makes me smile. I felt very spoiled as soon as I arrived the other day...
Unique, cozy, elegant hotel, large suites with modern decor, very polite and helpful staff, very good breakfast, location in a family-friendly neighborhood just a few minutes drive from the waterfront!
elegant, comfortable, I highly recommend especially out of season
