My stay was excellent. From the beginning the people working at the reception were very friendly and welcoming. My room was clean and in order. My neighbours were friendly and the entire stay was affordable. Definitely going to come back soon. A special thank you to the Housekeeping manager, Carmenita Fourie. She assisted me with my booking and debriefed me about the Happy Rhino hotel. And indeed it was the perfect hotel for me and my family.

I had a wonderful experience at the Happy Rhino. Most of the staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend. My partner and I booked an apartment at Happy Rhino for three, the apartment was extremely clean and the cleaners were available on-call for whenever you needed them, the place was very comfortable, and the staff was amazing particularly Candice whom is the manager and Prince their handyman was ready to assist with any arising challenges. They went over and beyond to help make the duration of our stay enjoyable and pleasurable. I highly recommend Happy Rhino for anyone visiting downtown Cape Town for short and long term bookings. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t want to wait. So this was a big plus for us. The service was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.

I visited this immaculate hotel earlier this year and I really just want to say that the service I received was absolutely amazing. A young lady by the name of Zikhona made it extra special as she is very friendly,does her job so precisely and just went all out. I will definitely be back and that young lady in my opinion deserves some sort bonus😉😉

My stay was awesome I had an awesome sunny view at the studio apartment lovely balcony view the sun exposure for the winter was great... Fungai Jaravani with her excellent customer service kept the apartment very clean and i did not have to wait long for her to change linen and towels.. she did my dishes without me even asking her. Value for money place to stay.

Everything in the hotel meet my excavations and even more, from the services provided to the staff members, the hospitality provided was satisfactory . Especially to the lady helping us in the room .The cleaner she made sure our stay is more than comfortable with her hospitality made sure we had everything we needed in our room. I didn't really like the place. The bathroom space. The space between the bed and table and chair. But I liked the fridge, was working great. The Tv channels were limited to Zword and mmovies 3 was a bit sad as I enjoy national geographic. Overall it was okay

The place is okay. The rooms is spacious. The beds not that reliable. The noise from the apartments is unbearable in the morning. The passages smell like wee when going to the rooms. The place is alright for a quick overnight

Absolutely enjoyable experience staying at the Hotel Rhino... The place was so clean and nice... I have spent about two nights for the 7th time now at this establish and it was so pleasant... The staff was so exceptional particularly Sandra Kunaka and Wadza who was very friendly when she was showing me the rooms for my next vacation ... very helpful and friendly service. I will certainly be back as I promised and would absolutely recommend.

I would just personally like to take the time to compliment Carol and Batista on their excellent service. They made our stay wonderfully comfortable and went the extra mile in ensuring that we are happy and feel at home. I was feeling like I'm at home the room that I was given was very clean the service was so nice the bathrooms I can't even complain Happy Rhino is the best and I really recommend everyone to ask for this lady Valerie she cleaned the room the way I like do not hesitate please ask for this young lady and you will enjoy your stay also👌

Rhino Hotel is one of hotels I can visit during my holidays. My previous holiday I had a wonderful expirience, they were extremely accomodating. The staff at this property are all great and eager to help especially house keeper called Yolokazi did make sure my room to be well cleaned. I was very comfortable and enjoyed

The place did not look like they advertised. The building is filthy and so is the walls bedding etc. The lift was not working. Had to walk 6 flights up and down. They is no place to walk even around the bed. It's so so small. The place stinks like disgusting sweat and urine. Eeeewwwe. I will never ever recommend this place to anyone. We were so unsafe. When we went to take a walk in long street which was around the corner, we felt very unsafe leaving our goodies behind. We had to hide it.There was a pool on the pics but no pool availible. I'm so so so dissapointed. I tried getting my money back and leavel and I tried getting a room that was a bit better but they were full and said if I walk out I lose my money so I had to stick it out. They don't even put toilet paper in the room. We had to ask twice.

I am very happy to recommend to anyone to stay at Rhino Hotel. There is a person call Batista. He's very helpful person and part of staff member of Rhino hotel. when I was in need of anything such as light not working, he was in charge of it. I like Cape Town and Rhino Hotel is really in the core of Cape Town City Center (Cape Town CBD). My experience and trip in South Africa was lovely and great and I hope I'll be back there soon.

The place is awesome, we stayed there for two days, two days was to short for because of the good care of their staff, they have a nice hospitality..their rooms are so big and tied up, nice fresh air, also a big thanx to wadza the staff member who attend to us

The capsule apartments on the 6th and 7th floors are good for a quick stay where you only need the essentials. The TV and DSTV is a good bonus. The place (627) does need some basic maintenance where cables for the tv drop from the ceiling, some plug don't have covers, and the extractor fan in the bathroom doesn't work, so the room stays humid after a shower.

Fantastic little hotel. Eveytime I have stayed there was just perfect. Amazing friendly staff and reception is just great. Very clean very smart beautifully devoted. I do not stay anywhere else but here when in Cape Town. It’s should be a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Small rooms but cleverly and beautifully designed. Absolutely love it. Big 🤙🏻 I’m impressed!

Lovely apartments, beautiful views of Table Top Mountain. Close to lots of bars and Kuda at the desk is so friendly. The staff organsied taxis for me each day too. Just get more tea-bags in the room and that's all I can say!!

Modest score, the hotel is located in the center of Cape Town. A little disorganized but all in all a good compromise between cost and services offered. The hotel parking is a great thing as is the helpful and attentive staff. The view of Table Mountain is wonderful and can be appreciated from some rooms...

A small but clean room with a private bathroom. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is great, once around the hotel there is a street with restaurants. It's a bit noisy on the side facing the street and the room might be a bit too small for some people, but I thought it was totally fine for the price.
