This is a very great establishment with a potential for improvement. The rooms setup is also great. Unfortunately the disinfectant is not used in the bathroom to kill the smell. The grime along the bath tub and on the shower screen was so disappointing. The restaurant staff is the same staff that is doing housekeeping on the same uniform. That's very unhygienic. Some unfriendly restaurant staff clearing the tables without asking if you are done with your meal. The noise level was unbearable from some patrons that came as a group on the 31st. They were even allowed to have a picnic on the courtyard that is just outside the rooms. The scene was very ghetto to say the least. This is a 4 star graded hotel to allow such. Kindly alternate the protein on the hot breakfast. We stayed 4 nights, meaning that we had the same hot meal for 4 days in succession. Pleas offer other alternativs than beef sausages and the crumbed chicken breast everyday. Please add the access cards slots near the door to keep them visible and to avoid forgetting it when leaving the rooms and locking it inside

I was told its the same as Palm swift when i wanted to book at Palm Swift... never! Palm Swifts rooms are bigger, cleaner and the beds are very comfortable. Riverleaf hotel bed at room 502 was the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept on, very hard and shallow in the middle. Every morning there was an irritating noise coming from outside, I don't know if it's the staff cleaning or what. I had a terrible experience... next time I'll stick to Palm swift.
