This is my home away from home when I travel, I stay here every month. I believe it's quite popular because if I don't book my favorite room In time it's already booked out,but they have so many other rooms with themes to make it that special for a modern farm stay. The staff is friendly, helpful and makes you feel welcome. When there's loadshedding, you don't know about it the generators kicks over and life is normal. I recommend it as the best.

We stayed in the unit PLAASGENOT! It is a house with a large garden. No contact check in. 👍🏼Excellent communication. Three bedroom, two bathrooms with spacious showers. Comfy livingroom with a smart tv and dstv. It has a dining room and well equipped kitchen with a gas stove. There is a braai area outside and a bench on the porch. Yard is fenced with electrical gate. Very safe area and close to Spur. The house has LED lights throughout which works during loadshedding. The water doesn't run during loadshedding but the hosts communication about loadshedding is great. Overall a good experience!

This is such a beautiful place, you can't fault it. Everything is well planned and organized. Hosts are very friendly and accommodative. Everyone else is just amazing. It's quiet, it has a beautiful view. YouTube, Netflix, Dstv. Great Wifi. It's home away from home

I stayed at Modern Farm Guesthouse (Perdehoef) for the 2nd time and was even more impressed than the 1st time. After my 1st visit, I mentioned that I missed a full length mirror in the room. They made sure that the mirror waited for me for my 2nd visit. The accommodation is modern, new, fresh and perfect for one or two people. I love the desk (workstation) where I can sit and get some work done whilst looking out the window, hearing the birds and feeling the peacefulness of this lovely town. The owners of Modern Farm Guesthouse go out of their way to ensure that the room is perfectly ready - they listen to feedback!

I had a wonderful stay, the room was fully equipped, with complimentary firewood for a braai. The wifi was efficient, they have DSTV and Netflix. They cater for breakfast, lunch and dinner, I had the breakfast (full) which was delicious. the area is quiet and safe. Tsepo

Awesome affordable Guesthouse. Reasonably priced. I can highly recomment it. White linnen all the way. Thats how i prefer it. Dont know whether all the accomodation has the same bedding. We stayed in this accommodation for the journey from Pilanesberg National Park to Upington and were satisfied. We received the access code via What's APP and were able to check in independently without any problems. The room is nicely furnished with a kitchen and bathroom, the bed is a French double bed with a width of 140 cm. Small terrace facing the garden (parking lot). A good place to stay for one night. Dinner is also offered, but despite booking in advance, this was not arranged. You can also reach the SPUR Steak Restaurant nearby in just a few minutes on foot.
