The lodge is nice and clean. The room was big and had everything I needed. I just had a few issues I encountered: 1. I could not turn on the TV and there were no instructions on how to switch it on. 2. There was no water to shower in the evening. It was restored in the morning, even then it was coming out a little bit. I wish they would have communicated that they were having a water shortage. 3. No rechargeable lights to use during loadshedding so the room was just dark. 4. The quality of the breakfast is disappointing. 5. No wifi in the rooms I hope they can fix all these and they would have a decent establishment for the price they charge.

The ambience at Patong is lovely; literally feels like you're breathing a different type of air. It's too quiet, beautiful, OH SO PEACEFUL and you feel right at home with the staff and those visiting the lodge. I loved it and I recommend to anyone.

The room was comfortable and clean. Well organized. The downside was the maintenance of the lights, the bathroom light was not working on my day of arrival. I think it would be best to ensure that everything is intact before guests check-in. Otherwise, kudos to the friendly stuff

It's a secure, quite and clean place, more like a hotel in a way they work, graded 3* In 2018, it still offers a variety of choices one can choose from. With open spaces to host parties, weddings and conferences, this place caters for most of the needs at an affordable rate. It is also equipped with WiFi, a swimming pool and a bar where drinks are served time after time. The staff here is also friendly and helpful. Facilities here are very clean and it has an urban feel.

Its about one of the few better places in Lebowakgomo. Breakfast is R180 but the food is like wimpy breakfast, no value for money there. I went here on a very cold day, the aircon just couldn't get warm. No value for money here....

Positive and Negative points: Had a good stay, rooms are up to standard (standard hotel room) , room service cleans well, air conditioned , well spaced, 4 out of 5, resembles the photos on the website. Admin is bad from the moment you try gain access to the facility. I used the hotel entrance intercom for 2mins with no answer then i called the front desk, the lady came to open the gate, we walked to the lodge reception. We started a process of searching for my transaction regardless of having emailed a proof of payment a week ago. Eventually they find the reference for the transaction. We walk back to the hotel, then the person assisting me runs back to the lodge reception to fetch the key. They return with the key , point the room and thats it. In future Patong must get the admin right, also include a simple note as to where simple amenities can be found, only during checkout i found out there was an ironing board in the communal kitchen area. Checkout was a pain , the man whom i handed my key to enquired about the same payment that was confirmed before i was handed a key.

The place looks nice and the rooms are clean but the problem ,they do not have WiFi which is a no no .... And they should market the place properly cause it's a lodge and hotel ..on which it was not explained properly on Trivago or Safari now ..
