Nice hotel, had no problems with check-in. Staffs are professional and friendly. Breakfast is good, being a budget-hotel. Only had problems with the DSTV channel, had 8 channels and only 2 were working which were ordinary channels. I guess the management takes note of reviews and will act on it (based on previously read reviews). Overall, I will recommend. Give it an 8/10. Thank you

if you can improved cleaning,and changing the carpet is not smell good

Clean and neat! But the aircon was shooting dirty water and the fan was making a noise. This was reported to the manager but she did not follow up. The staff are friendly. Need a kids channel though.

Checked in on 20/03/22 around 6:15 pm. The gentleman at the reception and the chef lady were super friendly. Checking out 21/03/22 around 10:15 am the lady at the reception was so unfriendly.

It's Located in City Centre at esplanade easy access to transport and walking distance to the harbour. It has a very beautiful habour and port view but I can get abit noisy since it is located on the main road.

May you improve the beds to double beds. Rather the double room with singles beds should have one bed . It is inconveniencing to share electric appliances for example the iron ,the should be atleast one in each floor.

The staff was very good and their breakfast and coffee was devine...let me not forget their bed it's so comfortable and clean. We only wish to have Multichoice channels😏

Good hotel, located in the port area of ​​Durban. Serves great breakfast. Good value for money. Wi-Fi internet leaves something to be desired, as the service offered only works at reception and is limited to 30 minutes per day. It does not have its own parking.
