Gooday I was booked at regal in north beach the weekend from the 14 sept 2024 to 16 sept 2024, what a lovely place, the room where very clean, the house keeping ladies are very helpful, the staff is very friendly there. my friend and I had the best time ever, when we visit durban again will definatley book at regal in again North beach

The best view of the ocean, the fishing boats and sometimes the cruise boats. The hotel is well positioned, you'll feel like you at a beach hotel & it isn't. The stuff is highly trained and super friendly (mostly ladies), the rooms are big and clean, the hotel itself is secured & well maintained

Great location, perfect reception but the room wasnt spacious as it lookes on the picture more especially the bathroom, its tiny and there was no breakfast. Otherwise, the linen was perfect. One more thing please put a soap stand on the shower. Thank you.

The stay was lovely, so as the room very well cleaned. Living out the one star, because I didn't get enough sleep, cause by other people staying in or booked in who were behaviour was like they were alone, eg:walking up and down, bang the doors, shutting.

I stayed at this hotel in mhlanga Durban for two nights. The hotel is relatively new. Very clean. Five minutes walk to Gateway shopping mall where you get a number of restaurants for your lunch and supper. At the time the hotel restaurant only served breakfast with plans to serve lunch and supper in the future. The rooms were very clean. Very friendly staff especially the restaurant manager who made it a point he chats with every guest and ensured we were comfortable. The hotel has taxis to take you to wherever you want to go and they are safe. It is very safe to walk to abd from the mall.

We were warmly welcomed, the stay was more than at home. You feel so special as if you're the only guest there. It was my first time in a hotel, but they assisted me through every step.

I recently interacted with Lindo I think the receptions name was and she refused to give me a refund for the breakfast I purchased that I was not happy with the previous morning. The vegetarian options and portion sizes were so limited and not worth the money spent on it. She asked me to speak to the manager, which I did and I totally understood my unhappiness and was willing to refund me but she intervened and refused to allow it to happen. She walked away not caring that she was forcing me to spend money on something that I was not happy with. Terrible uncaring service.

It's average good place to lay your head basic needs. Daily housekeeping is good. Wifi keeps cutting off though. No bar fridge.
