A. M.The hotel was good. Had a little hiccup at checkin but the staff resolved the issue to my satisfaction.
I have 2 observations which I hope the manager will take note of and rectify
1) the windows would not seal closed so street noise etc... was disturbing. As the hotel is built in a very busy hence noisy part of Durban they should pay attention to ensuring the rooms are properly sound froofed
2) the bath towels are hand towels😡. A decent sized bath towel would get a big thumbs up from me.
Otherwise a comfortable stay.
S. s.This is a normal hotel. I have stayed in a room with queen size bed. Room equipped with wardrobe, small TV (few free channels), small safe and coffee/tea. No mini bar, wifi is available but very poor signal strength. Bathroom does not have tub but very neat. All are Non-smoking rooms. There are restaurants and pubs nearby, ATM in-front of Hotel and few shops at walking distance. Locality is nice. People staying around are quiet rich so shops are bit expensive as well.

m. u.When we arrrived to hotel, firstly they asked me to pay R845. I told to lady , it was already paid and i showed her proof of payments. she was looking me like i was a crook. Rooms are clean but window view is looking at others toilets, i did not like it completely.
