The employers were very nice, welcoming, kind and helpful. The check in procedure was quick and easy. There was hot water in the morning and parking for our car.
Okay for the money but not luxurious and the other people staying in the block have no care for others. Noisy, drinking and smell of weed.
S. M.I like the place and enjoyed my stay there. For it's price I would say it's great value for money. It's clean, safe, your car would be safe, hot water, stove you can cook, Netflix and everything you would expect really. People just like to complain 🙄
B. M.It's as advertised except kitchen utilities were not there. We had to ask for them and were not delivered, some of the things you have to ask reception for them to get it to you. The security is very tight, anyone who goes in is checked. There's no escalator or elevator, so you going to go up and down a lot of stairs if you on the 4th floor. The workers were kind enough to take our things to our room. There's cleaners who tidy up everyday. There's also a restaurant/club in the estate
E. K. A.This is Kofi, I just checked out last week Friday. Mint is always going to be my place I love the setting, and like I read another person complaining about house keeper's not changing sheets and pillow cases that I find true cos I kept seeing thr same color sheets of pillow and bed sheets. Mint is like home to me the setting, the room size come on.

S.I've booked this place due to a medical emergency and the ammenmities that was marketed.|Eg, washing machine, seperate lounge and an actual bedroom.||When I got to the premises we were given a brand new apartment but none of what was actually advertised.||Further to this, this location is on the boarder of Alexandra and in a very noisy location.||On 1 occasion, at 1.30am somone attempted to open our room door (219)and in the same week attempted to open a neighbors door (room 220)||Considering that it is covid, the hostel had sent personal items like toilet roll and towels with the construction people on site.!!!!!!!! covid !! ||Not happy at all with what was offered and what was actually given.||

M.The place is very clean,sanitizers are all over the place,the staff is very friendly and always ready to attend you,it is also very safe because security guards are always checking everything inside and out,there is also a nearby garage(two minuets walk),mint express also provides food and beverages
s. m.No showercap , no iron and upper floors not covered overhead meaning if you are put there and it's raining you get wet😏
