Excellent place to stay for a short stay. Staff is friendly and polite. Pool sparkling clean. The honesty bar is decently stocked so you have enough choice. 10 mins to airport via Uber.

Small hotel complex, nicely furnished, nice staff, the bar is trustworthy and self-service, which fits with the relaxed atmosphere. Furnishing simple but OK and clean, close to the airport (15 minute drive) so practical for an overnight stay. However, further away from the city and sights.

The small hotel is very close to the airport and therefore perfect for a short stop over. The gardens and the room are very well maintained. Overall we were all satisfied. Just don't forget that the hotel is in a residential area and there are no shops around the hotel.

I started and ended my holiday at Journeys Inn, which pretends to be an airport hotel. The booking was made by a travel organization, so I had no insight into the agreements made about check-in and check-out times.|It is not fair to pretend that there is nothing positive to report: the rooms are well cared for and clean , it is possible to have a very simple meal there, where the price-quality ratio is clearly in favor of journeys inn... but it is convenient to be able to eat there because it is located in the middle of a residential area and there are no other eateries nearby . The open fire that is lit in the evening is funny, it enhances the feeling of being at a school camp, with all the rules that come with it, such as sitting down for dinner when the gong is sounded. It's all a bit amateurish but it seems well-intentioned..|I experienced the other side of this apparently pleasant inn in my contact with the owner. In a misunderstanding about the check-out time, she showed such a rigid and unsympathetic attitude that I would not recommend spending a night here. She does not shy away from outright lying. My advice: stay away!|Journeys Inn offers transfers to and from the airport, not recommended. The driver watches videos while driving and drives a car that is too high, so that you are dropped at the airport with all your luggage at a considerable distance from your destination, where he clearly shows that he is irritated if you have not collected all your luggage quickly enough .||||

everything is fine - everything is fine||have in Jan. Spent a night there in 2015. The super close connection to the airport is ideal. Unfortunately, you can also hear the aircraft noise (at night). but with ear plugs = no problem.||shopping and eating options right next door. VERY GOOD residential area = well-kept houses||nice owners and great ambience. highly recommended!!

The guest house is charming, cozy, close to the airport (15 min), and above all, very comfortable.||Large secure parking, like the property||4 rooms available, including ours, which had 1 double bed double and 4 bunk beds..., a large living room with TV, which can accommodate a family of 7 people...||Coffee, tea available in the room, with fridge (noisy) AND (for women), a hair dryer!||No adapter provided by the manager. (to be purchased on site in the supermarket 5 minutes away for the price of ... 1€)||Very friendly and discreet welcome throughout the stay.||Meals ("continental" breakfasts and hearty dinners||Charming staff , bar available in the room and next to the restaurant, inexpensive...||Powerful and fast WiFi, free||Nice swimming pool but not heated, therefore not unusable in winter (April - November)||Small fire near the swimming pool in the evening, very pleasant when the temperatures drop.||BBQ on Saturday evening||Airplane noise very present.||Excellent bedding, very good cleanliness even if we were surprised by the clogged sink in the bathroom due to stuck hair...we removed the drain so they could clean it, but they put it back as is...||In short, I highly recommend it for those making a stopover , like us, Johannesburg.
