Located in a very quiet suburb, spacious rooms. Dining restaurant beautiful and the front desk very helpful with warm smiles on their face all the time. Pity there’s no alcohol in house😅

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at a Hayatt House Sandtone hotel in Johannesburg, South Africa, and I can confidently say that it exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we entered, we was instantly impressed by the hotel's cozy and elegant design and warm ambiance. The rooms in this hotel are nothing short of mini apartments, equipped with a fully accessorized kitchen, complete with an oven, microwave and a dishwasher. The inclusion of a TV (or two TVs in our bigger room), iron boards, and a safe made our stay even more convenient and comfortable. The beds were incredibly cozy, ensuring a restful night's sleep. We also found a Nespresso coffee machine in the room as well as a boiler with instant coffee and a choice of teas. There’s also a Starbucks post right inside the premises. It was an absolute delight to start our mornings with a freshly brewed cup of coffee before exploring the city. The staff at this hotel deserves special mention. Their exceptional kindness and friendliness made us feel right at home. They were always ready to assist with any queries or requests, ensuring that our stay was as smooth as possible. The level of service provided was truly commendable. Now, let's talk about the food! The hotel's chefs are nothing short of culinary wizards. The gourmet dishes they prepared were a treat for both the eyes and the taste buds. What impressed me even more was the fact that the hotel is Halal meat certified, catering to diverse dietary preferences. The quality of the food was outstanding, and the excellent prices made it even more enjoyable. In addition to these fantastic amenities, the hotel also offers common washer and dryers, which came in handy during my stay. All in all, my experience at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The rooms felt like a luxurious home away from home, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, and the food was a gastronomic delight. If you're looking for an excellent place to stay in Johannesburg, even for longer stays, I highly recommend this hotel. It truly deserves its five-star rating!

After having so many disappointing experiences with five star hotels post-COVID, this place really blew us away. Rooms are crisp and clean, very quaint with modern finishes. The staff are extremely well-trained and service is excellent! The breakfast is of the greatest quality and one can taste that good is A-Grade and professionally prepared. Absolutely no complaints and will definitely be back! We are very grateful for being gifted this stay and this will be our new home away from home.

This place got me feeling "homely". Loved the pool area with the fireplace outside. Unique feature was the fact that the bar and alcohol had to be outside to respect the non-alcohol consuming guests. Don't know if it it was because it's during Ramadan or a norm. But loved that. Also the art in the place is cute

The designs and layout of Hyatt House is modern and practical with elegant decor and design. The food was fantastic and the staff, in particular the Manager Manelisi and his team with Neo were very professional, helpful and created a welcoming atmosphere. The rooms and facilities were exceptionally clean!

It was an unexpected stay at the Hyatt House due to the late cancellation of an international flight. However it turned out to be a really good experience at this new aparthotel in a quiet Sandton suburb, close enough to the Sandton cbd but far enough to avoid the noisy and the traffic. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Manelisi Ndlovu, Neo, Olivia, Yuzalia, Trystin, Glander, Nhlanhla and manager Atef Soliman. The pool and tree house were nice areas to relax. Being just a month old, the rooms and buildings are brand new. I wish Hyatt House well on coming year's and keep up the good service.
