I. S.I like the service, I just don't like the towels, the ones I have received were torn in some areas, and the fact that the heater is not as effective as I'd like.
S. H.We had the 2 bedroom suite and it was very comfortable and clean. We only stayed 1 night but enjoyed it. Added bonus Rosebank Mall is right across the street which is very convenient.
k. l.Lovely hotel. Gives off a boutiquey vibe. Comfortable stay and a feeling of home. It is located near Rosebank Mall which houses lots of shopping, an african market and restaurants. Glad I chose this hotel! Safe area!

H.Really disappointed, my company uses this hotel regularly for business purposes, on my arrival it took around half a hour to check me in, even thou there were two receptionist and a duty manager, the receptionist kept on having to refer back to the manager, the manager then approached me to inform me that the room [80] that i was booked into was next door to a construction site with a cement machine operating all night, now a a regular guest one would imagine that they would pre brief you before arrival of the situation, many of the guests checking in around same time also had the same frustration, they did however offer us a room in Newtown which is of course quite a distance away and we all had safety concerns, rooms are nothing to write home about and the bath/shower combination is horrible with water spraying everywhere, i managed to sleep until 3am until the construction machines started humming, the hotel will not see our company business again.

A.A good hotel right opposite Rosebank Mall. Large guarded territory. Friendly staff. No problem leaving our things in the luggage room for the whole day the next day. The room is large, in excellent condition. There is a coffee machine with capsules and even a kitchen. in the room. Exit to the pool in the courtyard. The rooms are clean. If you are looking for a hair dryer, it is in the desk in the drawer in front of the mirror)) did not take breakfast, but it is not needed - since there are a whole bunch of cafes and shops across the road.
The rooms are clean. Lots of space.
The staff is polite. Security is good.
Something was mixed up with the numbers at the beginning. (1-2 people) Then they brought towels
A. R.clean and renovated. Basic but very tasty breakfast. The beds are very comfortable and after a long flight it is ideal. In front there is a large shopping mall with places to eat, cinema and shops. Ideal to spend a night passing through, on the way to another destination. Far from the center and the airport.
W.We spent two nights at the Courtyard and can highly recommend it. We had a two-bedroom apartment, which was a bit dated, but the furnishings and small touches (nougat chocolates, cookies) made up for it. One minor drawback was the light in the bathroom, which was like candlelight, and the lack of an electrical outlet. Otherwise, we received a warm welcome, the breakfast was plentiful, and fresh omelets, etc., were prepared directly at the buffet. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The location is great, right next to a mall with shops, restaurants, etc. The subway is directly across the street. A wonderful and safe start to our vacation!
A. P.The description of the room and hotel matched exactly what was written. The room was practically an apart hotel, it had everything. The location is excellent, in front of a busy and large shopping mall with many store options. If you are going to take the hopon hop off tours, the location helps a lot in the shopping mall opposite there is a store that sells the tours and the departure point is 2 blocks from the hotel. It is also close to Rosebank Gautrain station. The hotel is opposite a school, but this is just a reference. At night it can be a bit deserted, but there is always security at the hotel door, even so when it was 9pm we were usually already inside the hotel. I didn't use anything other than the hotel room and so I can't give much more of an opinion. The staff is always very kind, helpful and kind.
