S. V.Excellent service from Lydia, Zoe and Nicky. Singer/ Waiter, Leroy was outstanding. Bartender, Vusi, cocktails were amazing. I cannot fault a single thing. Accommodation and food was worth every cent. Thank you for the exceptional stay.
J. R.We visited the Blou Hond, enjoying some wine and a platter. The show was good, with seating allowing a good view of the stage. The platter was very generous, offering a nice selection of nibbles. The winelist is slightly spares, but there are some decent value wines on it. Personel was friendy, service good, and the beuotiful bathrooms clean.
S. G.What a disaster. I would not give this Spa one star.||Sub-standard treatments, interior not up to tankard, had to walk through kitchen to get to room for Mediheel. Only had instant coffee therapist did not have all neccessary prepared. Went out of room. Could not stop talking. I can go on and on............

We ordered the vegetarian lasagne, it was supposed to have aubergine and baby marrow in a tomato sauce. All we got was baby marrow in the tomato sauce. Very dissapointing for the premium price charged

When the event planner says: "We are always table ready by 15:00" then they actually mean: "When your guests arrive at 17:00 we will not be done setting up the tables. Also, we have not yet started setting up the cash bar."
When you request the account and statements to be finalized shortly after the event, so that you can get your breakage deposit back then they just ignore your e-mails. It has been 2 months now without any feedback and I did phone after a month to remind the event planner. I'm still waiting, so I thought I would post this review in the meantime.
(Edited in response to owner's response: The guests did not arrive around 15:00. Everybody only started arriving a few minutes before 17:00, i.e. 16:50. That is how people do things: they arrive a few minutes early if an event is supposed to start at a specified time. It should not have been a problem if Casa Toscana was in fact "table ready" as promised during the meetings held.)
