My husband and I attended the Belly to Birth class with Gayle at Sunshine Health and it was fantastic! Gayle is so knowledge, the information she shared with us over the course of the session was so valuable and has really helped us prepare for our birth. I would highly recommend the Belly to Birth class. I also have been attending Gayle's pregnancy yoga classes which are also fantastic!
