Kim is really an amazing Bio! I came to her with a poor posture that was causing me pain. I tried other bios in the past but could never be consistent with the laundry-list of exercises I was getting. Luckily Kim tailored a highly effective program to my needs - only 15 min a day. I've stayed consistent and my posture has improved dramatically! My pain is gone too :) Highly recommend Kim - she's upbeat, positive and a true expert in her field. She's just the best!
