Very welcoming , clean, calm atmosphere. Doctor Lawrie was very patient and understanding with my daughter who was a but nervous at first. Afterwards my daughter told me it felt nice when the doctor stroked her hands with cold soft hands:) appreciated all the advice and explanations.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Gill Lawrie, a Durban North dermatologist, for my daughter Whitley's eczema. From the moment we stepped into the clinic, it was evident that we were in capable hands. Dr. Gill's warm and approachable demeanour instantly put us at ease. She took the time to listen attentively to My and Whitley's concerns and asked thorough, thoughtful questions to gain a comprehensive understanding of her medical history. Good experience. Dr Bhana took time with my daughter, and engaged with purpose. Although a very busy doctor he was not rushed. Only complaint was that the receptionist knew I was travelling 1.5Hrs to get to the appointment and the N3 is stressful on any given day but on arrival I was made to wait 40 min for the consult. I have had consults with Dr Bhana who was incredible (especially for a nervous patient having a small incision/mole removal!). I have also seen Tanya for laser treatment and she has been absolutely wonderful...she knows her stuff! She has guided me and provided informed and credible information before every consult. She is also very gentle and caring..and just a great person to see! I wish we had taken before and after pictures, my skin has never looked so good!

To be honest and not to sound cliché, Dr Bhana and his Team at Specialist Dermatologists are the best in the Industry. I have tried many skin specialists and unfortunately it’s if it’s not an information gathering venture for them by either trying new/ different products on you or damaging your skin, then the treatments are just topical. The reality is when it comes to your skin, it’s not a quick fix or “patch up” job, It takes time and discipline. Dr Bhana has been in the industry for many years and he is a trustworthy household name. His team of Qualified Specialists maintain the high standards & quality throughout all the procedures or appointments.
